Addressing a public meeting in Shrirampur, Hooghly, West Bengal, Union Home Minister Amit Shah made a bold statement regarding India's stance on Article 370 and the territorial dispute over Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (POK). Shah criticized opponents, stating, "Mamata Banerjee, Congress-syndicate say do not remove Article 370. When I asked in Parliament why not remove it, they said that rivers of blood will flow... It has been 5 years, leave the rivers of blood, no one has the courage to throw a pebble... Earlier slogans of freedom were raised in Kashmir.
Now slogans are raised in POK... Rahul Gandhi, if you want to be afraid then keep being afraid, Mamata Banerjee if you want to be afraid then keep being afraid but today I tell the land of Shrirampur that this POK belongs to India and we will take it."
